Your becoming the Pandora king :p Shame these ppl don't like dropping the real deal.

They're a dime a dozen these thing which is probably why so many are lost.....They just go and buy another one....
I saw a post on Facebook one day, the lady had lost 3 rings and she says..."I hope my baby buys me another one"....
Well he did buy her another one and I am like are yous serious.....No sentimental attachment at all....Just bling... lol :Y:

Nice work Art, must have felt like deja vu. I wonder how many tonnes of Pandora stuff has been lost world wide?? Really makes you wonder.

Yeah it was like a deja vu moment, I was like ....HUH?...lol I know one thing we could be doing and that is finding a company in China to make lots of nice rings and then ship em over here....give the jewellery/rings a name like Snazzy and then sell it online... lol When they lose them we can detect them and resell em...
Win win win situation. :) :Y:

Nice hunting GDA - another ring to the collection mate.

Yes rings are in ample supply mate, cheers Danny...

Monday of last week I got out for a couple of hours to a beach I know gets hunted on a Saturday and sometimes Sunday as well...
For the first hour nothing, it was clean and so I moved further along and finally hit on a $1.20 coin spill.....WOOHOO!!
Well me not being to leave with so little on the day I decided to hit the beach huts...I concentrated in between them and ran the detector along the edges and that paid dividends for me with goldies....I also did behind them and more goldies...

I moved to another beach which I knew would have coins and sure enough it produced more for me and also a Ring a ding bling. :)
Friday wasn't great and I was happy to get a quick swing in, the coin spill of $5 was enough to keep me happy and so I headed home...
Saturday night was much of the same, a late minute decision to have a quick swing at the local and an $8 coin spill....
Sunday was the ring day....$7 coin spill and then a 60c coin spill with the Pandora Rose ring....
Monday labour day wasn't great and a huge 90c coin spill of 5c coins had me wondering......I did mention I'd be the one getting the hoards while everyone else got the 5c and 10c coins...I could see the humour in it all...lol A couple of goldies and a Sixpence which will be in next Sundays pictures...

All in all a good week...I came home today and our Grandson was here with Mum and Dad....Nice and a great way to finish off the day. :)

Met these two little fellas, only babies at around 9 or 10 inches and not afraid at all... :)

Until next time....Have a wonderful week and good detecting to all.
Cheers GDA and Family ...

Thanks fella's it's been fun hunting down the coins in spots where others don't detect....Everyone down this way likes the easy pickings but sometimes the best ones are hidden in little spots you might pass by.... :) :Y:

I got out for a dig finally on Sunday.....Things are hectic and cray around here at the moment so I am limited for time of my choosing to go out and detect...
I had a smile a mile wide the whole time I was detecting even though I wasn't finding much...The first target however was a ring a ding junker bling.
I concentrated my efforts around the beach huts along the sides and also around the back...I managed to pull out some goldies and other coins and was very happy even though it was blowing a gale and the rain started up...I never got wet go figure....
The other dig was early on in the week with Golddiggergirl and GolddiggerAaliyah my 4 year old daughter....She was good for about 30 minutes but managed to hang on for another hour and a half, we got a few coins and a Sixpence and we were very happy with that.
One thing I realised with not getting out as often is how much I missed the open air, swinging the detector and just being absorbed in the environment I was in...
I love detecting and it is cemented into my being and I ain't giving it away for anyone...My wife agree's with me that if it is what I love to do then do it.... I have a beautiful supportive wife of 26 years and I supportive of her as well....We've grown together from young adults aged 19 and 20 to our current ages... :)

The finds, nothing spectacular for the two days I got out but still finding some goodies and testing myself to hunt down spots no one else bothers to look.
The final Picture was taken down on the Foreshore at the local beach....I never knew they were even around this area but now I know...One thing I know is that detecting keeps you vigilant to what's lurking on the ground...
