Hi Guys
Well persistence pays off..Well if you want a bit of gold worth about$1.50c..Weekend away with family about 30 mins south of Gympie...At LEAST 100 small and large hot rocks. Not one nail or wire all weekend..I wanted to do some panning but the detecting bug bit to hard..Finally got this one this morning before pack up...Almost a sunbaker and it was a much sharper tone than all the other hot rocks...Now I want to go back. :D Really poor effort compared to you pros but im just a coin hunter an you have to remember I'm 30mins south of Gympie and I'm only using my trusty xterra.Heres a few picks anyway :Y:

Nice to know the little coil on the Exterra will pick up such a small nugget.I bought that same coil not long ago off a member here.

It sure will mate :Y: In mild ground like Gympie it works well on small shallow bits .I like to dig gravel out of the sides of banks then run the coil over :Y:
