Found this morning

G'day all

Went for a fossick around an old gold mine not far from here this morning and found this about 8 inches down. The mine closed down in 1895. Quite pleased with myself, once I get a new handle and fit it I'll use it for driving in tent pegs when we do our camping trip around Oz later this year. It'll be the oldest hammer around.

Dead right Silver, will have to hand make the handle so it's worthy of the head. That will be a project for a bit later as the missus and I fly out to Vietnam on Thursday.
