Gday everyone for a little while now I've been cabbing some local material both at home and in the gem club I have to say it's been a great experience so far I've learnt alot already and I'm keen to learn more after receiving some chain's and bails and diamond tip drill bits from a relative I decided to make a couple first is petrified wood and second is rhyolite

Cheers Chris :Y:

They look amazing mate! :Y: :Y: :Y:

I didn't notice before that they had actually been drilled - did you do that at home or at the club?

Thanks mate I did them at home snapped a couple small drill bits in process but I got it done haha :D

Diamond tip spade bits for drilling glass and tiles is what i would recommend they look like a mini spear . I used to drill glass bottles back in the day and i once drilled basalt rock so they would eat through those softer stones like butter :Y:
Like these but make sure their a good brand like Irwin or similar, dummings warehouse has them or magicfart.
