Thanks Ktmman amd Goldpick it sure was a lot of fun.....

Last night I get to the beach one of my favourite spots and I see two young ladies Sam with a Garrett Ace 400i and Jess with a small shovel....I asked how they got on and they said not much only $3.45......
Now I know this beach very well and when it's sweltering hot it is packed so there should be a lot more than they found....We chatted for a bit and then I said my farewell and said maybe we can get together for a dig sometime.
I knew my instincts were right because I hit on coin spills and also some really nice finds for the night.....I gridded tight and overlapped my swings which worked a treat, I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking. :)

The amount of rubbish on the beach was so bad.....I moved as much as I could up to the steps but I would have been there for hours trying to clean it up....Beach Cleaner comes in this morning so hopefully he does a good job.
All the best to everyone. :Y: :)

That is the plan should we cross paths again....will help them as much as I can and maybe get some detecting buddies as well. :) :Y:

Well I got out Monday night for a quick swing and I knew because of the beach cleaner and the amount of rubbish on the beach there wouldn't have been much and I was correct, I did however manage to get a ring, only a junker but I'll take it.
Last night I got out for another swing, the weather here was scorching so I was sure my luck would change, the amount of rubbish on the beach was a disgrace but I did the best I could and pulled shiteloads of rubbish and other stuff out of the water and put it up by the dunes where the cleaner could get to it.
Good thing is the amount of towels I have saved and brought home, we can never have too many and I was thinking I could donate them to the op shop or something like that. :)
Had a good night and I was hoping to get a ring but ended up getting two and one of them 9ct gold....Woop woop the drought is finally over....Both rings were very scratchy signals and both were an 8 TID.....
First two pics from Monday, second two from last night.

Good hunting, and thanks for the info on the TID, I'll have to keep that number in mind.

Well done on the rings, bet you were thrilled to find the gold one was not a junker for a change. :Y:

Kind of had me thinking for a bit and when I looked under the loupe nothing, and then right on the inside bottom I saw the 9ct which means the little tone may be a tiny tiny diamond. :) Cheers mate. :) :Y:
