For some reason I never feel satisfied unless I have at least one 1800's coin in my pouch for the day- silver or copper/bronze.

Hey mate,middle area was covered in blanks,must have found 15-20 before I stopped digging them.They were coming in between 22-30,big pain in the butt.
Ground was hard in places,but most finds were away from hall and no mess was made.Multiple coin spills too,5 x $1 in one hole,2 x $2 in another.

Sparkly gun is most likely off a saddle,or riders clothing.

Lovely spot to have a detect around, and good range of dates on the coinage as well. I wonder if any gold coins would have been dropped there in the past. :Y:

Anythings possible,but being a small country town founded in the late 1890's,probably not.

Went away for the weekend,was a very poor effort on my part, only found a lonely $2
Could not let that stand,so went down to the local to redeem myself.
