Well I just bottled my 1st brew, Looking good smells good :)

Since I'm Mount Isa the trouble was keep the brew Temp to 21-27C

So I Made a brew Box cost $40 wood from Bunning's, some hinges and a screws.

Got me 2 Kmart exercise mats for $12 each to line it . total $60

Some pictures the 1st week making the Temp probe was near top later in week I lowered it and it was giving 23C inside box

End Product = 30 750 Ml beer for around $20
 
Yep I make my beer and single malt whiskey from grain, it takes much longer to make but to me you can't beat the results. I use a process called "brew in a bag" takes about 5 hours or so from start to pitching yeast.

Mate you be carefull not to blow up your shed. :lol:
