Went to local park this afternoon
Was not that confident using the sdc2300 as there are quite a few power lines around the park.

I know the park has been in use for over a hundred years and never seen anyone detecting there.
The park has had a few face lifts over the years, however the spectator areasl have not been changed.
It is a cricket oval and soccer pitches (two seperate grounds on the one park)

I only spent 60 mins there and found a few $1 and 2$ a few 20 and 10 cent peices
and my first ever sixpence (My Bad)

I only covered about 10 sq metres and still there is approx 100 sq me to go so hopefully will get some good finds there
The reason I didn't stay is because i an not sure if I am allowed to detect there,
Will do some early morning detecting there now

Just be careful how you extract the target. Best to use a pinpointer. Make it look like you were never there when you leave. Cheers. Best of luck with the sdc. I am keen to see how it goes treasure hunting. :Y:
