Thanks guys,don't worry silver,was only cleaned VERY gently in a bit of soapy water with a cotton bud.
I had looked at allcoinvalues website and as soon as I saw they only made 200k and the condition this was in, it was put straight into storage.

Dropped in to the local coin dealer today to get one of those cardboard coin holder dealies for my 33 Shilling.
The guy behind the counter offered me $180 on the spot for it, which I politely declined.
He makes up silver coin year collections and had 3 without the 33 shilling in them. I think i may start my own and see how long it takes seeing as I already have one of the harder dates

Ive got a few 1933 shillings that are in low grades, and a dealer would probably offer the same for them, don't feel bad most people in the know would probably try that on as an opener just to feel out if you new what you had or not without letting the cat out of the bag.

I would not expect any less from a dealer Silver, the rule of business would dictate he would want to double his money at least. I was not offended in the least, was actually surprised he came in as high as he did.I'm just super happy I saved it from the ground.

Counter offer him with $360. Most of the 1933 shillings on ebay seem to average around $130, so probably not a too badder offer in the first instance. Give it another 10 years, should only increase in value.

Back out to last weeks spot to check for loose change.
