Hello All,
We are now selling a highly expansive mortar for the demolition of rocks and concrete. It is widely used in Marble Quarries to crack big slabs of marble ready for diamond or wire cutting. It can create around 80MP (800kg/cm2) on the hole walls.
There is three simply steps Drill, mix and pour.
Drill- put in 25mm-35mm diameter drill holes into the rock or concrete. Harder the rock the closer the spacing's, softer then further apart.
Mix- In a bucket add 30% water to the mixture of mortar. A 5Kg bag uses about 1.5L of water. Stir until its lump free.
Pour- Pour mixture into the drilled holes.
Cracks appear around 2-8 hours dependant on the material.
We have available SCA 1 which suits the temperature range of 25-40 degrees celcus.
Comes in 20kg boxes.
