Thinking about it I am getting myself confused so I thought I better ask;
I have a bottom base plate on my coil that I drag around on the ground yeah, so
Is this the skid plate?
or
Do I buy a skid plate to cover the bottom base plate for protection?
Or
Do I buy a new skid plate to replace my bottom base plate if and when it wears out?
