I got a sea silver , 1951 B5

Back to the beach where i found my 43 penny for an hour and a half last night for a couple coins. Another 1966 10c ,there must be millions of them out there and a coin that was totally encased in crust. Broke some crap off this morning to find silver . 1947 florin thats going to need a bit more elbow grease .

Gave the florin a citric bath then a little rub with bi-carb. Turned out ok considering it was totally encrusted to start with

Got out today for a look.and was having a pretty quiet morning for the first hour or so digging trash until finally pinged a 10c coin then a metre away found a 1938 half penny
After a bit more looking in the area finally got a signal for a 2c, rechecked the hole for another signal then another and another. Got a total of 34 1and 2cent coins in a 2 foot by 1foot area and i know there is more there but gave it away because i only had my pick to dig with. Will go back with my shovel and clean it out. Shame they weren't silvers
Interesting that 25 of the 34 coins were dated 1966. Latest was dated 1980
