gidday,col holyoak here ,the only resident of the former copperminning,limeburning,township known as coopers creek.some time ago i had discoverd a number of mines in the area that to date ive been unable to find any information on them.infact ive not been able to find anyone who knows of there existance.so if any one is passing thru the creek and may have some interest drop in at the house and say howdy .cheers col

There was so many mines in the area, that only the bigger ones or well known ones have any info on.
I too have stumbled across some of the mines out that way, that I can't even find a name for.
That part of the world is so breathtaking, I use to camp at coopers, but haven't been up for a few years now.
I was planning on taking a trip up there over xmas, for a pan and get the fly rod out of the shed.
