Golddigger Land & Sea waterproof PI pinpointer

Here's a new pinpointer released on the US market, looks very similar to the Deteknix X-pointer, though waterproof to 22 feet, and has the addition of an LED on the side to indiciate target proximity in low light conditions/underwater. Sells for an introductory price of $99.95 US.

Can anyone give some feedback from their using the Gold digger pin pointer Land or sea?

I have found tube reviews and product specs. Apparently good to use in heavy mineral ground.
Would appreciate some PA members opinions if anyone has used these?

I have one. Very good pinpointer for a reasonable price. Waterproof, adjustable features. I also now have a Deteknix Wader which is pretty good. The thing people need to remember is they are pinpoi ters, not mini detectors. Too much talk about maximum depths etc IMO.

I was looking at the garrett AT carrot, being a quite popular choice by many.
Research led me to this comparison video online. This unit may be better than the garrett in Iron rich soils or at the beach.

I can get a genuine new garrett carrot for the same price so its down which is the better unit.
