Hi Phiip,
Welcome to the forum mate, hang onto them
Looks like you have a nice Jar of possibly Zircon and or Garnet with a sprinkle of Sapphires.
Best bet is to tip them onto a torch, put some light through them, take another piccy and stick it up.
I'd also be investing in some sieves if you don't already as a nice quarter inch sapphire can worth a very pretty penny

Definitely invest in a set of 1/4 and 1/8 inch sieves you'll get some better stones

Mate, I'd classify your materials down to an 1/8 of an inch any stones smaller than that aren't really worth keeping you can't do a great deal with them.
