Can someone help me ID this badge I found last weekend?

Cool find

The crown looks a bit 'symbolic' to have official government origin but it is very fancy, so I am going to suggest it may be a trophy badge or from an up market harness.

Any writing on the reverse ??

Was find of the day Wally69, found a British Horse Society Pony Club badge in the same park. I haven't cleaned the back up properly yet.
Looks like the same design to me Heatho
