SDC 2300 Speaker and Armrest Mod.

I have had a few requests on how to, so here goes.

Get some appropriately colored HDPE [cutting board] and cut to suit.



Heat up and bend to shape





drill some retaining holes in speaker clip



make sure the angle of the dangle is ok



Attach speaker to HDPE with self tappers, I used some rubber washers as isolastic suspension.



Apply some sticky velcro



and first stage done, I used a cable tie for extra strength

Now for the cuff.
Some 90mm PVC pipe



Cut to size and shape



Once again apply velcro



I used a standard Minelab cuff cover to finish off.









Very little cost, great with the speaker actually facing you.

No problems in the wind for me

Run those arm straps through the slots in the neoprene cover, and it'll be bliss
