Nice and solid indeed it is, I was considering turning it into a rock crusher for my personal use.. Seems to love eating up quarts and stone turning it into dust :)
 
Found this in Sydney today, it looks like a rock breaking hammer, possibly from the early colonial era.

Can anyone assit with dating this style of hammer ?
