Nice Jamie. Is that the 8in? I have a river sluice and thinking of getting the powerhead.... What size pump are you using and how long does the battery last?
Thanks
Brett

The biggest clinker detected being .77g so far , cant seem to crack a grammar yet . Was running out of time and dug six bags of dirt for panning at home , will take several weeks to pan and re-pan . So far so good , really happy with my biggest gold prospecting success so far .https://www.prospectingaustralia.com/forum/img/member-images/7482/1518612285_caf3a87f-59c8-48bd-84a5-c6701876241b.jpg

crickey danny that is lovely stuff . and good to know there is that kinda of gold so close to me in the creeks, you are finding that not much more than an hour away from me . trouble is all my old shooting days properties are to the south , and west from here not knowing many owners out the warwick direction where most of the gold is . then of course there is the time problem or lack of it .

Hi Brett - yes it's the 8 inch - I ordered the bilge pump off the goldrat site - 12000 litres per hour - draws 19ah - use a 40ah battery (actually might be 45) - I've only used it once - didn't really keep track of time it was actually on - but would probably aim for an hour and a half - two hours before recharging. - filled up the buckets and the girls put the material in with their spades.
