Hi Vic , there are a few posts on the forum for cutting stones. To summarise anything under 1ct can be done in Thailand CHEAP , about $2 approx a stone , good to the naked eye , but not perfect.
Anything of value , 1ct + should be done local & those prices are $15 - $80 CT
Some of those posts mention names of cutters
Just search for "cutting stones" or "Lamberts" or "faceting"
