Put it simple I'd still throw it out. Cause I don't believe it worth a cracker without the hat or whatever else it come of.

If you look carefully you can just make out the psc logo on the bottom left hand corner of the metal back brace

Dave I believe that is subjective to the holder and I don't believe a monetary value was ever mentioned :/

At least we have gained knowledge and that is worth more than the objects we find sometimes, some are in it for the money some are just in for the history
