Ive been navigating through GeoResGlobe. This question is in regards To an area listed as an abandoned mine site and no exploration status or inactive prospect against its name. If these sites fall under the boundaries of a current EPM (Exploration Permit Minerals) its not allowed to be fossicked on?

If I was an lease holder over state forest I would expect prospectors to look for surface scraps, bound by their fossicking permits limits of manual excavation I wouldn't care..

You don't need permission from the EPM holder, but you do need permission from the property owner from memory.
