Hello everyone. Quick note to say hello. Myself and the family are doing a bit of a NSW road trip over the winter school holidays. Sydney-Canberra then inland up to Lightning Ridge, then back to Sydney via the Blue Mountains.
We did a trip out to Emerald a few years back and had a ball. Really liked the guided trips we did actually digging in the ground. Wasnt much of a fan of the gift shop bucket of gravel.
Going to get a 888 sluice and toying with the idea of getting a detector, if the FPO (fossicking permissions officer) allows.
Consider myself an expert with the amount of YouTube videos Ive watched..ha ha.
Any advise happily accepted.
