Hi all, I just took delivery on Friday of a New 12 Goldrat Highbanker. Beautiful workmanship from Dustin! Does anyone run a crash pad on the sluice section & if so where where do you get miners moss to make one in Victoria?

what is a crash pad?

You can get miner`s moss at prospecting shops. I got mine at Gold Ballarat ( EEDAY and Sons ).

Can you get miners moss anywhere in Melbourne, i know Bunnings used to sell it!

Go buy one of these for $14 and cut to desired size. It is sealed on one side but works great!

I don't understand what you mean or why it is necessary? Isn't it a great highbanker which is perfectly fine the way it comes?
