She probably wanted a vegie patch dug and used that story to get help with the digging

thats more than likely true, but in all possibility the cache could still be there today and many more coins from the time could be scattered around the property aswell. chances are high it still may be there to this daygoldierocks said:Bet her North Sydney backyard is now worth much more than the gold
