It says approved hand made. Might be an old key? Was near an old gold mine. No gold found :/

Pretty sure a bit of vinegar and bicarb soda will help, leave it to soak for a while maybe an hour or two then give it scrub with a sponge in water. I'm keen to see what the wording is, it'll point you in the right direction :beer:

It definitely says approved hand made when I googled it old brass locks came up, so I recon alien Dave is right.

What ever it is part of the wording says Hand Made just can't work out the top wording.
