This can probably be used for thong seals, but don't over compress the washers.

Cheap as chips Red layflat. 40mm, split it up the sides.

Cut hose, use a hole punch for center is best

Fit first washer down onto nut, then 2 or 3 pieces of layflat. Then fit washer on top, then the nut, gentle nip up.
Then use a good blade to trace the edge of washer.

Two nice perfect round seals.

An SS nyloc nut just gently biting the the thread can save you losing your wing nut etc in the dirty water.

Hi Mate the best washer of all is a old thong if flatened a bit use double piece. ron.

These washers where 36c each. 2" 5/16. Perfect for the anaconda pumps. The old Alvey are slightly smaller in diameter.
I t ake it you mean seal/gas it, not washer....
I've shied away from using thongs. I've found they deteriorate in no time.
Pitty the good old Dunlop thongs aren't still around!
The el cheapo thongs to wear bottom out in day!
Even some cars tyres these day are being made from synthetic rubbish!
Have a look on your tyre walls for a bit off trivia!

Is there any decent quality thong brands to look out for?
The $2 shops are what you pay for!!!
