Hi everyone checked out an old homestead site and came up with this, not sure but gilt on the back so I presume jewellery of some kind.
The area is currently under crop so will have to wait till harvest is done to go back, shows promise.

Would have looked good back in the day with the gold gilt still on it. I wonder whether it had a "jewel" centre to it, usually being glass on the older costume jewellery.

Yes, I reckon it would have been special in its day gives me some hope that the site will deliver once I can get on there and detect it properly cant wait.
The site obviously has some age about it.
