I decided to make an easy to use portable setup for my Equinox. This is my working concept.
No modifications are made to the original Equinox, just undoing a few bolts. I am really happy with the outcome.
I will be using it like this from now on. Under 60cms closed. Will post weights up later, but it feels very light.
And fits anywhere and everywhere. So long broomsticks

Easy to use, folds out. 3 simple steps. :D

Hey Minelab!!! Please take note :)

Gee nice one, looks like a gofind now ! So yeah Minelab might already know that design , lol

If only a Gofind had a SDC 2300 carbon fibre shaft and didn't feel flimsy and wobble all over the shop. Good thing for me this setup does not.

I would say Minelab knows a lot, but could of implemented what they know a lot better.
