The rules..."permit allows the holder of the Miners Right to prospect on Crown land with hand-held tools"....So what about the wally with one hand or some other disability. Can a person apply to be allowed to use a detector while sitting on the front of a quad bike? Could someone be allowed to balance a detector on a part of a vehicle? Is a drone detector a hand held tool if wally is holding the controls? And why am I not allowed to go home with that 21kilo nugget?
