Cleaning out the shed, I came across a coin collection I had as a kid that had contributions from my grandad. Theres a lot of pennies, half pennies, sixpence, three pence, etc that I know nothing about.

I have two 1919 pennies. One looks like it came from a mint and the other a press (half the thickness). Do I have a cheap imitation?

Unsure if this is the right place to ask. Most likely will forget to research it later

The 1919 penny was minted in 3 varieties with no dot, one dot and 2 dots the size was 30.8 mm and the mass 9.45 g the thickness was determined by the weight.
Why don't you weigh yours and check it. :D
