Nice Finds Booney,

I'm wondering if that second one is a Napkin Ring maybe???

What's the Diameter of the hole in the centre?

Interesting ideas ,napkin ring maybe but I would think unlikely , brass knuckles not likely but it does seem to be brass and is the size of a mans ring . it was found next to a stump about 300mm down next to a surfaced area with only a few shallow diggings nearby . There was also another bit that came out of the hole the size of a shot pellet with a flat side and a round short rod poking out the side not sure if its part of it or not

Thats it for sure , thanks nacopia and all others I think the mystery is solved explains the mystery ball which would be a river holding the base of the candle holder . Cheers for that .
Booney .

Glad I could help! Can't wait to acquire an equinox 800 and start hunting, saving is slow when pets get sick :/
I kinda feel like I should at least have a detector, or have even tried detecting, before commenting and alike on this forum, I don't feel worthy. Hope to have one soon though, then I won't feel like such an imposter lol
I get a lot of enjoyment reading all your posts and finds, and you all seem so friendly and patient with newbies like me. (I say newbie, without a detector I'm not even that!! What comes before newbie? That's me) But I've watched EVERY vid (it seems) on Y.T and I reckon I've got some know-how and methods down..

Hey mineallmine, mate don't be so down on yourself for not having a detector plenty here that haven't. You have made a valued contribution and that's what counts, thanks for that bud. Hope your savings go well and you get your nox as soon as possible so you can get out there and rescue them relics and treasures.
Cheers Booney.

Hey good work Mineallmine and Nucopia!

You've definitely nailed it! It's a dead ringer for the finger hole thingy on the candle holder picture that you've uploaded Nucopia. :Y:
