shame about the condition has lots of detail . i am thinking it was lost into the ground when it was not very old but time under ground has not been kind to it , one side is a lot better than the other as is quite often the case.

my andres pencils arrived this morning and i have tried them , they are ok but i dont think they will clean that coin up . used them lightly on a couple of other coins that cleaned up to my liking quite easy . having said that i realy only used the little wire brush pencil and i dont think it is going to last long or do many coins .
here is a couple of pics of the other 2 coins after i gave them a light spruce up .

They all cleaned up very nicely with the patina still intact. The wire brush pencil will last a while, just pull more out of the actual pencil once worn down ( try using some needle nosed pliers to pull a but more out).

Very nice :Y: but you can tell they have been tumbled.
227s penny still has a nice patena to it..Though It could just be the photo :Y:
