i for one believe the sweetest finds in such areas comes after doing ya "own research" :rolleyes:
 
Yes, interesting. We have quite a lot in Victoria. I recall visiting Grant (north of Dargo) in the late 1960s - and the cemetery. No-one there, but the street pattern was still laid out, together with the stone bases of house walls, chimneys and fire places. Recently when I visited I could not work out the layout of the town or where I had stood in the 1960s.
