Went out to check the vege patch in this harsh weather and literally tripped over a big Zuch. Thought about leaving it on but picked it anyway, Mrs OldGT roasts em up a treat even when they get massive. Get a pic up shortly, if it was a cod it would nearly be legal.

Nice when you stuff them with mince meat and spices then bake them ,that is the only way i will eat them :D.The pumpkin is struggling with blossom end rot due to the hot and weird weather we are having here ,i will wait till march before i plant any veges let, the weather settle down a bit :/
 
Up here outside Creswick,our pumpkins have been hopeless,lucky if we get a couple.
I spoke to a keen gardener and he said the same,but the beans,peas,beetroot,have been good,tomatoes are slow.
Had great crop of raspberries.

They're the recent results in my kitchen.

I have five frozen bags of fresh sliced greenish mango ready to go for my next two batches.
(0ne batch for me is a double normal batch... so I really will make a lot.... most of my 1st batch is gone 8.( already..... so not gunna share much of this :p one at all)
was lucky enough to find some still on the trees before it gets too late.
