probably people lose more junk jewellry than they do gold ones haha

Not often do you find gold, must have been a welcome surprise considering the amount of junk jewellery regularly found on the forum.

A far better start to the week than I had hoped from the same beach as last week, why am I so pessimistic 8)

I am officially calling it a honey hole  it just keeps on giving and I collected another two bits of stamped .925 silver to add to my collection.

If you can't find gold silver will gladly do :)

I went early to catch the low tide even though it was cold and windy.

I don't think I will be able to resist the temptation to return again this arvo on the falling tide weather permitting.

Thanks :Y:

The weather was on my side yesterday arvo so I did go back to my little honey hole.

Just a refresher photo from yesterday mornings effort.

I am very happy with yesterdays two hunt results so I went again this morning while the seas were big and the tide was low.

The spendables were not as big as previously but I'm not complaining, and it was good to finally get something different giving me hope for more different stuff down the road.

I am more than happy with this week results still only being Wednesday morning although I reckon I deserve sometime off.

Now I need to wait until more big seas or small seas with very low tides to go back to my little honey hole.

Thanks :Y:

That's more spendies than I would see in a year  Hope they keep coming out for you.

I feel you pain,I certainly know how fortunate I have been at that beach.

That reminds me of an old saying that I heard, the harder I work the luckier I get, there is certainly some truth in that.

Thanks :Y:

well done doing very well. Our beaches here dont do anywhere as well :Y:

What a great week

I went back to my little beach honey hole again this morning on the low tide after one day off and was pleasantly surprised again with my finds.

1529637118_img_0952.jpg

The sand had been stripped back a little more about 30 metres north from my original honey hole teaching me a lot about the beach and what can happen and were you can look.

1529637170_img_0953.jpg

The "nicest" junker ring I have found.

1529637217_img_0955.jpg

Another completely funkified $1.00 coin.

1529637275_img_0954.jpg

$3.00 of Kiwi spoiler coins :N:

I had hoped to find $50.00 this week but have doubled that,I am very pleased with my results :)

I hope everyone has a great weekend just like my week.

Thanks :Y:

Note - I am going out again this arvo for another swing near the honey hole beach carpark.

Yesterday arvo's hunt including this morning.

On the small verge near the carpark near my beach honey hole.

1 litre of petrol.

Decided to take the short walk to the honey hole beach, but the tide was in so went south on the dry sand.

1529728361_img_0958.jpg

1.5 litres of petrol (the cleanest 10c pieces I have found for a while)

Went this morning on the low tide to a small nearby beach.

1529728416_img_0959.jpg

2 litres of petrol + small .925 earring.

Happy enough paying for my fuel only costing me my time.

The truth is I am already hanging out to go to my little honey hole on Mondays low tide.

The dream is still alive.

Thanks :Y:
