Just as a matter of interest, I found another stray bottle for Mrs M.

Well I found a few but The House of Lords whisky bottle has created a bit interest.

Two of her friends have separately commented that in 30 years of collecting they have never seen one of these bottles :)
 
According to this reference, Munro and sons operated the Dalwhinney distillery up to 1919.

"A 1914 Whos who in business directory listed James Munro & Son as based in palatial new offices at 121 Constitution Street, Leith. It noted that the companys speciality was Scotch whisky in square bottles, a reference to Munros Square Bottle no doubt and that it was purveyor to the House of Lords."

Great work Doc. I joined up but still had to request the info from the auction house. We'll see what happens now :)
