Things you find in the back shed

I was snooping in Mr Flowerpots shed recently and found one of our long forgotten rock and crystal stashes. A tray full of little smokies, I washed them up and they are beautiful :brokenh:

Well that's certainly a nice find, didn't have to go far (this time) either lol

Wow I'm stunned what a welcome find that would be, similar to Marksman being recently visited by the gold fairy.

I found a mummified rat in the shed the other day.........

Nice find there Flowerpot :Y:

Any idea where they're from? The double-terminations, stacked crystal faces and twins remind me of Lowmead material, though I guess such formations are not uncommon elsewhere.

Some sweet crystals there Flowerpot They look like smokies from Mooralla :Y:

Yes rockhound I do believe they are from Mooralla, we didnt dig all these ones up ourselves we bought them from a lovely old fella who was selling up his stock of goodies and said hed dug them over the years out there. We have some wrapped up that we did dig up ourselves in Mooralla some years ago. :Y:

No dom, I dont facet but Mr Flowerpot does, but he isnt going to cut any of these. They are all quite small but beautiful in their natural crystal form.
