LORD's 300 finds 2018

So on closer ispection of my "junk"ring from yesterday i noticed a hallmark so looks like i have scored a 9ct goldie.
I am a beleiver of good carma and treat others how you would like to be treated etc. etc. So i posted it up on my local facebook page but no one has come forward so looks like its mine to keep now :Y:

Another hunt this morning befor the heat set in.
Went to a new park and had a great hunt
Plenty of spendables, a 2 cent (my first) and another ring. This one is definatly a junk ring, a junk heart charm and cheapie earing

You're killing it on the modern coins, nearly 50 bucks in a few hunts :Y:

Any suggestions on cleaning these moderns ( i have no tumbler)
I tried some vinigar and then baking powder but that just seemed to tarnish them and looks worse.

For those of you counting at home my spendables total so far with the ace 300 is $58.88c
Looking forward to detecting a location that may actually possibly hold pre decimals. My town was only proclaimed in the 1980's so no chance of them here.
Coin and jewlery shooting is a good substitute while i cant get outo the gold feilds :Y:

soak in salt and vinegar then clean under fresh water and use a toothbrush should only take an hour don't leave to long unless stubborn marks.

Stick them is a bank coin counting machine then deposit the money straight into your account, coins are perfectly clean then.

Acid will work to a degree, though leave them in too long and the natural process of electrolysis starts to occur coating the coins with copper. As long as they have no actual soil on them the bank should accept them if bagged and counted, I deposited a ton of coins recently at the bank that were stained with no issues.

Thanks everyone, i will try and clean the ones i have already messed with but going forward just collect them untill i have enough for the bank.

Had a ripper of a day, plenty of targets and still plenty more left in the ground but the standout is this 9ct gold mens bracelet

It rung up exactly like a 5cent (but i dig the 5c anyway knowing that some jewelry is around there)
I tell you what, i bought this Ace as i was missing the gold detecting but when i seen the glint of gold in the scoop i had the same feelings as if it was a gram or two nugget and now its paid for itself :Y:

39 on my machine mate, 5c are all 39 to 40 on my ace :Y:
