Finds from Laos

Here are 5 coins that I found in Laos back in 2001/2002. Two coppers, two nickels and one alloy.




The top one is the alloy, showing hammer and siccle and dated 1980, denomination of 10 thingies.

Left copper very eroded but shows date of 1930.

Right copper Republique Francaise, Indochine Francaise 20 cent dated 1943?

Left nickel Republique Francaise, Indochine Francaise 10 cent dated 1940.

Right nickel Republique Francaise, Indochine Francaise 10 cent dated 1929.

Yeah, always interesting to see what can be pulled out of the closet.
