New to this forum and living in Maitland.
First question, are there any people in the Maitland / Newcastle area who gets out fossicking? Looking to meet people and head out fossicking.
Secondly, done a bit of research and understand gold has been mined previously around Dungog and Monkerai. Has anyone explored the area / had any luck? Looking at heading for a scout around this weekend a a few localities Im aware of.
