Well headed out to my 2nd permission old farm Saturday. Took the farmer a penfolds red wine , he was very happy with that. Walked the farm area. Asked him for tops to look. He advised a few spots to try. We detected from 8.30 till 12, only metal find worth mentioning was a musket ball and this old oil lap wick adjuster..

As we walked behind the old house we found a small 1950's-60's bottle dump. The farmer kindly let us take a few absolute beauties!

Yesterday we looked at an old Native reserve to detect. Lots of bottle caps etc and a few 1c & 2c pieces so we walked through the bush behind and found what might be another 2-up area. This is my finds but my wife and mate found just as much in the small area oh and a tin heart..

I have quite a few Threepence die crack varieties as they are reasonably common, but haven't seen one like that before. What does the Obverse look like, is there any sign of impact that may have caused the change/damage?

DAmm, i should of kept it. I know exactly where i left it too. I thought it might of been a kids thing they made but you never know hey
