Daughter #2 came over tonight, and we are heading up to Sydney tomorrow for two days of eating and drinking to excess, with the rest of the family.
So I cooked chicken sate with bean curd and bamboo shoots, with dry fried beans and Szechuan pickeled vegetales on the side.
It was pretty tasty.
