On to it right now, Weberizing a dozen meaty ribs and a pork belly !

Was going to cook up the dog we are baby sitting, but she is too sweet and her 2yr old master is already crying as if he would never see "Frieda" again. :(

Also my own kids threatened to make me sleep outside !!! :rolleyes:

Man !...... It sucks when your kids get to see the BBQ meat on the hoof......

Long story short... ish. We like to buy from local producers. The product is much better and we are supporting a local person/business. There is a lovely lady who sits by the road most days and her fruit and veg are far superior to what the supermarkets push. Price is better as well. She had a deal for pick 5 bags of veg for $15. Bargain. So we have an abundance which I did not want to waste. Thought a Korma curry would be the go. Added chicken and some prawns near the end of the cook in the slow cooker. Bloody delicious and I add a few meals to the freezer for my shift work.
