Did you mean Riverslea crossing on the Fitzroy river west of Rockhampton?
If that's the place you mean, I was there about a fortnight ago and it is still accessible. The last lot of floods have changed the gravel bars and buried much of them in sand unfortunately. Still plenty of petrified wood and stuff to be picked up though.
