After about 4 hrs over the last 2 days in Bunnings building a mini banker with what they have in my head,
I finally committed to a design and bought what I needed to begin construction.
1 x stack type/wall mount tool box for hopper, 2 x slide draw type for sluice.
(stack type is 10mm narrower than slide type, perfect)..

Ports all honed out of manifold(lol)/ hopper with drill and Stanley knife..

Injection system fitted temporarily, thinking outside the box literaly lol..

Used the pipe print to mark injectors lol..

Injectors drilled and pipe re-installed, turned downwards and tightened (attempting cross-firing on classify deck) lol..

Modified/upgraded injection feed for higher performance lol, glued and slid it on..

Hahaaa, this is fantastic. Can't wait to see how it looks and more importantly, runs when finished...I can image it will be SUPER lightweight. Great ingenuity 20x. I'm watching this thread! :D :Y:

Sluice fitted to hopper..

Cool cool! Coming along nicely.?
yeah mate, got perforated plate, got riffle angle, got moss,
got expanded...just gotta cut it all.

Classifier deck installed, rivet sluice to hopper was no good, used a door hinge at the back
and that dropped it down a bit lower plus when it comes to clean-out I just have to
undo chains and fold the hopper back..

Going to silicon the gaps between spray bars and hopper to seal it all up and add level vails
to frame for set-up/monitor.

Hmmm cool, I look forward to seeing it finished and to know how you go with running it...sure is going to be easy to take to those hike in spots. :Y:

This is an entirely different track you have gone down here with the bunnings banker, was the idea to make a cheap diy unit anyone can do? :Y:
well I sold that 2 yrs ago(mega regret), got the same unit but a 250 version that needs all the welding done
but it has no hopper or spray bar setup coz I need to change design for that size.
don't have heaps of coin atm, needed to think of alternative, this is it.
and yeah I spose an easyer version for anyone to build their own version of it.
no bending or welding needed, good fun.
