Wow, strange that there were so many coppers and next to no silvers - you would think they would go hand in hand in most locations, especially if in a reasonably concentrated area. Love the cheeky fairy, would be a few coins worth of silver in that.

Between work n family, I haven't been out for a while. Rocket let me know he was detecting after work and the site was sort of on the way to work so I stopped by for about 90 minutes or a bit more on my way to arvo shift.
The 1944 S sixpence is in nice condition and I got another first for me. A 1942 British half penny with the image of a ship.
Of course the silver king ,Rocket, did better than I did. His finds.

Awesome RJ, alot of the spots down here have run dry, time to move onto something new but been so busy I haven't really had the chance....Looks like this weekend or the next will be good as long as the weather stays fine. :Y:
