Just for those wondering - was the Garrett Ace 250, jewellery mode, digging every single blip, bong, and zip noise it made. I moved very little and just slowly dug every single target. Ive hit this area very hard several times in the past and soo suprised to see it still pop soo many more. The oldies are certainly deeper beyond detector ( or masked by trash ). Permission may grant us a better opportunity nearby

the plan today was to try and get Al to a Chattaue i have permission for, but did not get a return call from owner so we went to a honey hole. Im just glad he got a few coins, a pre dec, and importantly, getting used to how the detector works. Lots to learn with that one and its programs, cant wait to see it rip them silvers out

i just counted 101 targets i brought home (not including canslaw, foil, stupid round juice lid things etc ) Got a pretty neat blister in centre.of my palm even though was using a tyger and gloves!

Nice Silver find Lads, might need a closeup though, just on account of not seeing too well these days :lol:

Great hunting again AR and Al!

Albundy had a nice spot lined up for us to checkout today, so off we went to the spot! Some bastard put a house there, so we pushed that to the side so we could swing A fair bit of mess scattered about, early start a hp popped out under the coil just to let us know theres mullah wanting to be found so we began gridding away. Al tried to set his unit to Basic mode but it seemed to still be very noisy and possibly not fully discriminating. Is there a page with easy setup for general coin dete ting we just can just and leave or is it better to constantly update a deus xp with new info per site / targets? I had a brief swing where Al had and a penny popped out so cant be very obvious tones that deus is setup for. Not long after this the bloody coil decided it wasnt charged so Al put down his detector and watched me pull a few targets. Eventually we got onto a lovely patch where hp after hp kept showing up and gave Al a bit of a boost to have a swing again, next coin must be a hp or silver..nope..a bloody bit of brass.. onto the next target he goes.. 2c coin..omg no way :lol: and finally.. whats that?...its a. . A bloody police button?! What a rippa of a find mate! And then not far after he also popped a HP for himself too. He generously then offers the button to me then i decline and he declines and to end the back and forth I put it in the finds bag, but we all here know who really found it Bugger about the coil mate, im glad u decided to have a go with the ace ( bloody great spot we stopped at on way home )

Top day mate, you nailed it. Was good just kickn back watching those hp's popping out of the ground. That car you found is a cracka!!!
I'm glad we ended up having a good day because I was so close to throwing the deus and that bloody stupid pinpointer over the fence lol.

Hey B5 - just out of curiosity mate, are my photos still uploading extremely.low resolution? They should be 1200x2000 pixels or so. If they are uploading terrible quality still, i apologise and cant tell from this end

The pics are really good, even the close up could almost get your finger prints off
